There is a manual on how to install it within 5 minutes. If you are not sure how to install please do your research such as check some youtube videos or read manual and some online article that will help you install it in no time! It took me about 1 minutes to unpack and about 4 to 5 minutes to install app (this camera works with iPhone and Android systems).

The SD micro sd card is not included so you would need to provide your own.

The camera comes with power supply so you do not need to use batteries ever and it can be connected wirelessly or hard wired!

·         You must contact me within 14 days of receiving an item to initiate a return or exchange.

·         Returns will only be accepted if the item is Dead on Arrival (DOA).  The item MUST BE in exactly the same brand new (unused) condition as it was shipped to you! Once I receive a returned DOA item (buyer pays return shipping), I do test it to verify it is non-functional before issuing a refund.
